VM CPU Average Usage in MHz Stats..

I’m looking for a PowerCLI script that will pipe out the following stats in vCenter per VM over a year period.

1. CPU usage in MHz Max * 1.3 / 2500 =
2. Memory peak usage + 10% =
   

This info is required for V2V Right Sizing.

Any help would be kindly appreciated?
