iSCSI, jumbo frames, and vMotion question

Hello,

I have an ESXi 4.1 cluster using vCenter and a MD3200i SAN.  I am going to be doing an upgrade to optimise the setup, which includes the installation of quad-port NICs in the hosts which will be used for iSCSI.  I am debating whether or not to enable jumbo frames, but if I do so, I only wish to do so for the iSCSI, at least for now.  Currently, the iSCSI NICs on the hosts and the iSCSI connections from the MD3200 are connected to two separate switches, though I have seven other switches throughout the building that the PCs, printers, etc. are connected to.  Do I only need to enable jumbo frames on the two switches the iSCSI is connected to, or do I need to enable jumbo frames on all of my switches?  There is one Dell 2724 and eight Dell 6224Ps.  The iSCSI is connected to the 2724 and one of the 6224Ps.

The two switches the iSCSI ports are connected to are not dedicated iSCSI switches; they have other devices plugged in to them, but I can only enable jumbo frames globally on the switches.  Would there be any problem in enabling jumbo frames on the switches if not all devices connected are configured for them?

One other question regarding vMotion: I will be creating four vmkernel ports on each host for the iSCSI.  Currently there is also a vmkernel port setup for management traffic and vMotion.  Is it possible to configure each of the four iSCSI vmkernel ports for vMotion, or should I leave it configured on the management vmkernel port?

Thanks!
