Running Host IIS Localhost in guest VMware player (running XP)

Hi,

I'm running windows 7 with IIS in my host pc and i need to access my Localhost from my host
within my VMware player (which is running XP).

I'm a newbie on all those networking stuff. Any help will be appreciated
