Question about myTranscript

Hi,

I have passed VCP-410 about a week ago, but when I checked the "myTranscript" page in the VMWare Education portal, I don't see it.

I don't see that I have or passed certification there.

Is this normal?

I could see that I have passed the exam from my account in PearsonVue.com.

And how long normally we should wait to receive the official certificate and the welcome package?
