Dear Team,
I have two problem related to one VM.
Problem1:-
I have one SLES SP1 VM on esx 3.5, when we we perform any task (Clone / imagebackup / Create snapshot / add HDD / CPU / Memory) we r getting "Another task already in progress. Then we restart ESX management service , then it allow us to perform only one task / activity, if we want to perform second task / acivity then again it throws same error "Another task already in Progess".
Problem2:-
Once we gracefully shutdown this VM by entering init 0 command then at console end the it show this.

How to confirm my VM is sucessfully poweredoff & vmfs released file lock how to resolve "Another task in progress" issue
Note: I have 5 vms running on same host 3 rhel 5 64bit and 2 sles 11 sp1, only facing problem with this vm only, other r working very much fine.
Need ur urgent asisstance on the same.
